Membership

The USC Center for Body Computing believes in delivering value and innovation through long-term membership engagement. We provide the following services to our members:

Strategic Development - Envisioneering Session

CBC conducts full day envisioneering sessions for members by curating experts and Thought Leaders who collaborate and advise on member business strategies. These sessions consistently yield practical, real-world guidance in solving complex problems.

Clinical Trials and Pilot Testing

Through our world renown Keck School of Medicine at USC and the broader USC ecosystem of faculty, students and staff – the largest private employer in Los Angeles county – members work with USC CBC to conduct clinical trials, pilots and research studies to test products and services.  USC CBC will often collaborate with USC multi-disciplinary teams including the Institute of Creative Technologies, Marshall School of Business, Viterbi School of Engineering, USC Athletics, USC Cinema Arts, Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy for Arts, Entertainment, Business Technology and more.

These study results are analyzed and published in peer-reviewed journals achieving the credibility and recognition that only an academic research partner can provide.

Strategic Development - Consulting Calls

Members have ongoing access to founder and executive director of the USC Center for Body Computing, Dr. Leslie Saxon, and her team who provide international expertise in digital health, wearable and sensor health technology, AI, VR, Voice Assist, cybersecurity for health IT and privacy issues and more. The USC CBC experts help guide members through the ever-evolving convergence of medical and technology issues in digital health.

Marketing Support and Intelligence Reports

Members also receive intelligence reports on a variety of digital health news curated monthly by USC CBC researchers.

Member logos are included on Partners page.

In addition, CBC members projects are supported through media relations and social media in collaboration with member PR contacts.
